对衡水地区农远工程实施情况的调研与思考

农村中小学现代远程教育工程（以下简称“农远工程”）是党中央、国务院作出的一项重要战略决策，通过利用远教设备和优质资源，构建起一个崭新的教育环境与学习平台，让先进的教育理念、方法逐步走进农村中小学课堂，进而缩小城乡教育之间的差距。本文以衡水地区为例，通过对农远工程的实施情况进行调查和访谈，针对实施过程中存在的具体问题进行深入分析与思考，并提出建设性的策略.

Investigation and analysis on the implementing situation of the modern distance education project in Hengshui area

Modern Distance Education Project of Middle and Primary Schools is the important strategic decision of the Central Party Committee. It aims to construct a new educational environment or learning platform by using the equipments and resources of the Modem Distance Education Project to let the advanced education ideas and methods step into classroom of the rural middle and primary school, as well as narrow the gap of education between the cities and rural areas. This paper firstly demonstrates the implementing situation of the Modem Distance Education Project in Hengshui Area by investigation and interview, secondly, makes the deep analysis and thoughts according to the concrete problems in it, finally, puts forward the constructive strategies.
