| 摘 要： | 网络教学资源是校园信息化的核心所在，我国高等院校的网络教学资源经过长期的建设，目前已经初具规模，但是在意识观念、开发机制、建设标准等方面仍然存在一些误区。本文针对以上几个方面进行了较为深入的分析，并提出了相关策略和建设思路。

| Abstract: | Teaching resources online are playing key roles in the process of higher education information construction. The scale of higher education teaching resources construction online has been enlarged. But meanwhile there exists some misunderstanding of development models and construction standards in people＇s ideology. This paper makes deep analysis and puts forward some strategies to solute the above problems. |
