摘    要:通过利用GIS、网络技术,对ARCIMS4的重新定制,设计与开发了一个基于WebGIS的苏州生态城市信息管理系统(SZECIMIS)。该系统将苏州市生态经济、生态环境、生态社会数据整合于统一的标准和统一坐标体系内;实现基础信息和规划成果的信息发布,通过基本GIS功能、图形-属性的双向查询、专题地图制作等网络可视力化表达功能的实现,为公众参与提供基础平台,并为苏州生态城市的管理、规划和决策提供辅助支持。

Abstract:A WebGIS-based Information Management System for Suzhou Eco-city (SZECIMS) was designed and developed through the jointly use of GIS and network technologies with re-customization of ARCIMS4. The system has solved two basic problems for the construction of Eco-city for Suzhou. Firstly, it combined the separated data comprising of economy development, environment status and social background together into a uniform coordinate system with a uniform standard. Secondly, with the realization of the network visualized expression including the publication of basic information and planning outcome through the system, the primary functions of GIS, the interactive query between pan and attribute, and thematic cartography, public participation in Suzhou can improve increasingly on such a convenient platform while the support and suggestions could be made for management and decision-making for Suzhou Eco-city.
