| 摘 要： | 人力资源已成为现代图书馆的战略性资源,有效地开发和管理人力资源是高校图书资讯事业发展的关键。本文从人力资源的概念出发,通过对高校图书馆人力资源现状的分析,指出了人力资源开发和管理中存在的问题,进而提出了高校图书馆人力资源开发与管理的对策。

This article embarks from the human resources concept, analyzes the university library human resources present situation, points out the questions existing in the human resources development and management and proposes the countermeasures of university library human resources development and management. |
