青海枸杞杂交育种试验初报

摘    要:通过杂交试验,确立了同地和异地花粉采集最佳方式和枸杞杂交最佳授粉期;并以丰产性和地方特色性以及提高抗性为杂交育种目标,通过9组杂交组合,制取枸杞F1代种子9份,共2031粒,并已获得F1代植株1546株,其中8株植株性状有明显变异。

Abstract:Through hybridization,in the same place the best way to collect pollen and cross-pollination period were established,aim at high-yield,local characteristics,and increasing resistance,by 9 cross combination,9 portion F1 seeds were got totally 2031 grains and 1546 plantlets have been accepted,among them there were 8 strain had significant variations.
