不同类型小麦品种(系)光合生理指标差异及其相互关系

摘    要:对三种粒型小麦品种 (系 )的光合生理指标及其相互关系进行了研究。结果表明 ,在小麦生育后期 ,中粒型品种的叶绿素含量Chl(a b)高于另外两种类型品种 ;而叶绿素a和叶绿素b的比值Chl(a/b)低于另外两种类型品种。不同类型品种Pn高峰出现的时间不同 ,峰值大小有明显差异。小粒型品种在Pn方面占有优势 ;大粒型品种虽然Pn不占优势 ,但其FLAR大 ,单株旗叶同化的养分多。旗叶面积与Pn呈极显著的负相关 ,与FLAR呈极显著的正相关。Chl(a b)和Chl(a/b)与Pn和FLAR的相关水平较低

Abstract:The photosynthetic physiological indexes and their relationships of 11 wheat cultivars with different grain types were studied. The results showed that, the Chlorophyll(a b) values of cultivars with medium grain were higher than those of other 2 variety types; but Chlorophyll(a/b) values were lower than those of other 2 variety types at the growth later stages. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn) peak value was different at the flag leaf emergence stage, and there were obvious differences in Pn values among different cultivars. The cultivars(lines) with small grain had an obvious advantage in Pn, but the cultivars with big grain had an advantage in the flag leaf assimilation rates (FLAR) though their Pn value was low, and they assimilated more nutrient substances by the flag leaves per plant than those of other cultivars. There was an extremely significant negative correlation between the Pn and the flag leaf area, but there was an extremely significant correlation between FLAR and the flag leaf area. There was an insignificant correlation between Pn or FLAR and Chlorophyll (a b) or Chlorophyll (a/b).
