| 摘 要： | 生态建设与经济发展的关系既相矛盾,又相协调,依据西部地区生态建设和经济发展的资源、生态和经济背景,客观地评价了西部地区农业生态建设和农村经济发展的障碍因素,提出了实现西部地区农业生态建设和农村经济发展双赢技术体系。

| Abstract: | The relationships between ecosystem building ant economy development are mutually self-contradict, but the relationships can be moderated with technique systems. Based on the backagound of the resources, the condition of ecosystem and the situation of economic developments from doubling economy development, and put forward to the technique systems for economy development with agriculture ecosystem developments in western region of China. |
