暗黑鳃金龟营养成分分析及评价

对暗黑鳃金龟成虫进行了较全面的营养成分分析,结果显示：暗黑鳃金龟的水分含量为78.39%,干物质含量为21.61%。在干物质中,蛋白质占70.27%;脂肪占16.26%;灰分占3.61%;粗纤维占10.36%。采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）同时测定暗黑鳃金龟子中的常量矿质元素、微量矿质元素及重金属元素,其中常量元素钾、镁、钙、铁含量丰富,钾含量最高为2851.0000mg/kg,并含有多种微量元素铜、锌、硒、钴、钼、镍等,其中铜的含量为8.770mg/kg,硒的含量为0.108mg/kg。暗黑鳃金龟成虫可以作为良好的食用昆虫和饲用昆虫,具有极大的开发潜力。

Analysis and Evaluation of the Nutrient Components in Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky

The nutritional ingredients in Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky were analyzed roundly in this experiment.The results showed that Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky contained 78.39% water and 21.61% crude ash,in which protein comprised of 70.27%,fat comprised of 16.26%,ash comprised of 3.61%; crude fiber comprised of 10.36%.The mineral elements,trace mineral elements and heavy metals were determined by use of Microwave Digestion-Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry.The results indicated that the contention of major elements potassium (K),magnesium (Mg),Calcium (Ca),iron (Fe) was rich,especially the contention of potassium (K) was most,which was 2 851.000 0 mg/kg,in addition,the content of copper was 8.770 mg/kg,the content of selenium was 0.108 mg/kg.The results suggested that Holotrichia parallela Motschulsky could be used as good human food and animal feed.
