多元回归与通经分析在应用上的关系

本文不仅扼要地介绍了多元回归和通径分析方法的基本内容;还重点地讨论了多元回归和通径分析之间内在联系:(1) 同一研究资料的多元回归显著性与通径分析显著性是等价的,在多元回归分析中偏回归系数b_i的显著性与通径分析中通径系数P_(i.y)的显著性亦是等价的;(2) 对研究资料进行多元回归分析后,可捷径地进行通径分析。同样对研究资料先进行通径分析后,也可捷径地求出多元回归方程;(3) 一个研究资料同时应用这两种统计分析方法,可更全面地剖析研究资料的内含信息。

The Relation Between Multiple Regression amd "Path Analysis in case of Theic Applications

The statistical methods of multiple regression and path analysis are introduced simply by using the data of four measured characters of pigs with emphasizing to discuss the inner connections of two methods in applications. Resuts obtained; (1)With the same data, the tests of significance of both multiple regression and path analysis are equal in value.The significance value of partial regression coefficient, bi, is the same as the value of significance of path coefficient, Py.i; (2)Whenever a data has been anaeyzed by muetple regression, the path analysis can be calculated inshortcut, and the converse is also true; (3)A more Comprehensive hints or news contained in a data can be analyzed if the tow methods are empeoyed simultaneously.
