摘    要:通过对印度引种的4个种源印楝的生长和水分生理指标进行测定分析,比较分析它们的水分生理特性及其抗旱机制.运用主成分分析方法从12项试验指标中筛选出与印楝抗旱能力评价关系密切的6项指标:保存率、株高、离体叶60h失水速率、束缚水含量、束自比和蒸腾速率.用主成分值对印楝4个种源的抗旱能力作综合比较,结果表明,印楝树种有一定的抗旱能力,具有适应我国干热河谷区生境的水分生理生态特性;印楝4个种源抗旱能力大小为IND95001>IND95002>IND95003>IND95004.据试验结果选择出IND95001、IND95002、IND95003较为抗旱的3个种源可用于我国干热河谷部分地区造林.

Abstract:The water physiological characteristics and the mechanism of drought resistance of the 4 provenances of Azadirachta indica introduced from India were studied by analysing the growth and water physiological indices of these trees. Six indices:survival rate, tree height, water-losing rate of leaf in 60 hours, bound water content, the ratio of bound water to free water and evaporation rate, which had tight relationships with drought resistance of A.indica, were selected from 12 testing indices by principal component analysis. Drought resistance capability among the 4 provenances of A. indica were analyzed and compared by the scores of the principal components. The results showed that A.indica was a drought-resistance tree species adapted to hot-dry valley habitats in China. The sequence of the drought resistance capability of the 4 provenances of A.indica was IND95001>IND95002>IND95003>IND95004. According to the results, IND95001,IND95002 and IND95003 could be used to culture in hot-dry valleys in China.
