天蓝苜蓿野生种质的耐盐性研究

摘    要:以主要采集于甘肃、陝西、四川等不同生态条件下的28份野生天蓝苜蓿Medicago lupulina生态型和2种栽培一年生蒺藜苜蓿M.trunculata、蜗牛苜蓿M.scuttelata为材料,用0.3%、0.5%、0.7%和0.9%NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理,观察记录处理5、10、15 d的盐害程度;以0.5%作为抗盐指标测定的处理浓度,分别测定胁迫前和胁迫1、5、9 d的超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,运用隶属函数法筛选评价它们的抗盐性。结果表明:青海循化、贵州花溪、四川简阳、四川剑阁4个生态型和蒺藜苜蓿耐盐性最好,居参试类型的前五位;蜗牛苜蓿居16位,其耐盐性属参试30份材料的中间类型;天蓝苜蓿各生态型的耐盐性存在较大的差异,临夏甘南和天水生态型是甘肃省内耐盐性较强的两大类型。
