| 摘 要： | 阐述了加强对农民工培训工作的重要性，分析了长春市目前农民工培训工作中主要存在培训体系分散、培训方式杂乱、师资力量薄弱、培训意识差以及培训工作发展不平衡等问题，针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。
