摘    要:[目的]优化固态发酵提高杂粕蛋白含量的工艺条件。[方法]采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,利用酵母茵发酵杂粕建立了菌体蛋白饲料产量与发酵温度、接种量、发酵时间的二次回归模型。并通过响应面分析各因素对Y值的效应关系。[结果]对二次多项回归方程寻优,得到优化工艺条件为:发酵温度30℃,接种量8.64%,发酵时间31.1h,在此条件下,验证发酵杂粕的菌体蛋白含量为56.75%。[结论]该研究为提高饲料的蛋白营养品质和利用价值提供了科学依据。
