禽脑脊髓炎免疫细胞类别和数量变化的分析

本研究用ＡＥＶ－ＮＨ９３７株分别给１日龄雏鸡口服感染和脑内接种，并在感染后的不同阶段采血、剖检，进行琼扩试验和病理组织学观察（Ｈ．Ｅ．染色、胶质细胞染色、ＲＮＡ显色、ＡＮＡＥ显色），结果表明：ＡＥＶ经不同途径感染均引起了典型的非化脓性脑脊髓炎，血清琼扩反应阳性，各免疫器官和中枢神经小血管周围均见ＲＮＡ阳性细胞（主要是前浆细胞和浆细胞）明显增多。感染后机体出现了活跃而持续的体液免疫应答；同时也见ＡＮＡＥ阳性细胞（主要是巨噬细胞）增多。

Analysis of the Changes in the Variety and Quantity of Immune Cells in Avian Encephalomyelitis

1-day -old chicks were infected with AEV NH-937 strain via intracerebraland intraoral inoculation and killed at different periods,Serological and pathohistologicalstudies showed that typical nonsuppurative encephalomyelitis was seen all chicks. Serum a-gan gel precipitin test was positive. RNA positive cells,most of which were plasmablastsand plasmacytes,greatly increased in immune organs and perivascular area in the central ner-vous system. Chicks after infection developed active and persisternt humoral immune re-spornse and the number of ANAE positive cells(most of them were macrophages)increased.
