摘    要:[目的]为了研究刺山柑(Capparis spinosa L.)籽油的脂肪酸成分。[方法]采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对刺山柑籽油的脂肪酸成分进行分析。[结果]确定了刺山柑籽油中6种脂肪酸,其中,不饱和脂肪酸含量占73.10%,必需脂肪酸含量占56.01%。[结论]该研究为进一步开发利用刺山柑提供了科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to study the fatty acid components in Capparis spinosa L. seed oil. [Method] The fatty acid components were analyzed by GC-MS. [Result] The results showed that 6 kinds of fatty acids had been indentified, and the unsaturated fatty acid content was 73.10% relatively, the essential fatty acid content was 56.01% relatively. [Conclusion] The study can provide the scientific basis for deep development and utilization of Capparis spinosa L..
