森林食品及其国际贸易和生产趋势

综述了森林食品及其国际贸易、生产趋势、国际认证,并就我国加入WTO后森林食品的生产提出几点建议。

Forest Food and Its International Trade and Production

With China's access into WTO,domestic market has been gradually internationalized and foreign technical and trade barriers are having an increasingly bad effect on China's export.Our country's poor quality of agricultural production and slow growth of export were largely on a low level of standards.About 90% of exporters of food stuffs,native product and animal by-products suffered losses of US ＄9 billion last year. By the end of last year,China had issued 3929 agricultural standards.Only one-fifth of them has been adopted from international standards.At present,China is speeding up the application of agricultural standards and urges the farmers to adhere to national food standards to improve quality and increase exports.This paper outlines forest products and their international trade,production tendency and international certification.Meanwhile some suggestions are also made for the production of forest products after China's access into WTO.
