三种药剂对花生芽菜萌发及蛋白质含量的影响研究

研究赤霉素、氯化钙和水杨酸3种不同药剂,不同浓度单因素变化对花生种子萌发及内含物质的影响。实验结果表明,赤霉素能够促进种子萌发,其最佳浸种剂量为500mg/L;氯化钙能够促进种子萌发,其最佳剂量为100mg/L;高浓度水杨酸能够抑制种子萌发,而低浓度水杨酸能够促进种子的萌发,其最佳浸种剂量为10mg/L。花生芽菜生长过程中,蛋白质降低,游离氨基酸增加。

Study on the Effect of Three Pharmaceuticals on the Peanut Sprout Germination and Protein Contents

The paper studied on the changes of peanut germination and material content,which the peanut was treated by the gibberellins,salicylic acid,calcium chloride three different pharmaceutical and the method of single factor.
