吕梁市离石区农村社会矛盾纠纷排查化解工作的调查与思考以城北街道办李家沟村为例

当前，农村正处于改革发展的转型期，各种矛盾相对集中。做好农村社会矛盾纠纷的疏导化解工作，已成为保持农村经济社会稳定发展的当务之急。本文主要调查分析阐述了吕梁市离石区城北街道办李家沟村社会矛盾纠纷排查化解工作的现状和取得的成效，指出了工作存在的问题和不足，并提出了进一步推进农村社会矛盾纠纷化解工作的建议。

The Investigation and Thinking of the Work of Resolving Social Contradictions and Disputes in LiShi District of LuLiang City--Lee Village in North Street Offices for an Example

At present, the rural is in the transition period of reform and development, when various contra-dictions are more concentrated. So doing good job to resolve conflicts and disputes in rural has become the most important thing to maintain the stable development of rural economic and society. This paper described the investigation of the status and achievements of the work of resolving social contradictions and disputes in LiShi District of LuLiang City, and pointed out the ex-isting problems and shortcomings at work, then proposed some suggestions to made a further advance work to re-solve social contradictions and disputes in rural ar-eas.
