摘    要:关于碱性磷酸酶的研究虽已进行了多年,但迄今未能阐明它的生理功能。不过从最近的一篇综述中可以看出,大家趋于认为它与物质的转运过程或磷酸的可利用性有关系。动物体内的许多组织中都含有碱性磷酸酶。不同组织的碱性磷酸酶的具体生理功能可能不同。1966

Abstract:Twenty young Peking Ducks were selected and divided into two groups.In the preliminary trial period,the activity of serum alkali- ne phosphatase of the ducks before and 1,2,4,5hours after ingest- ion was analyzed.In the experimental period,one group was fed by forcefeeding and anotherad libitum.In this period,the same ana- lysis was made as in the preliminary trial period.From the results of this experiment we conclude: (1)The activity of serum alkaline phosphatase of Peking Ducks was increased after ingest...
