摘    要:本研究测定了20个不同抗病性锥栗品种叶片和树皮的多酚类物质,黄酮类化合物含量.结果表明,抗病品种叶片和树皮的多酚类物质含量均比感病品种高;树皮的黄酮类化合物含量抗病品种比感病品种高,但叶片的黄酮类化合物含量与锥栗品种的抗病性无明显相关

Abstract:we analysed the polyphenol substance and flavonoids contents of the leaves and bark from twenty varieties of chastnut with different resistance The results showed that the polyphenol substances content of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones from leaves and bark, and that the flavonoids content of the resistant varieties was higher than that of the susceptible ones from the bark The flavonoids content from the leaves did not show the regular changes of disease resistance among chastnut varieties
