| Abstract: | Guanzhong Academic Journal is the earliest periodical founded in northwest area in Qing period as well as the earliest collage Jounal in China.It advocates the journal's culture development and emphasizes the communication of scientific and technological culture,pays attention to improve people's science quality.It plays an important role in introducing physics and chemistry,body science,and pertoleum industry.telecommunications and so on in west countries.So Guanzhong Academic Journal becomes a front line in communicating western newest science knowledge. |
