| 摘 要： | 希蒙得木种子在培养基上易萌发，获得无菌幼苗；子叶、当年生实生苗顶芽、侧芽均不易分化；无菌幼苗茎段在F（MS＋ZT1．5mg/L IBA0.2mg/L）、ZT2(MS ZT2.0mg/L NAA0.05mg/L）培养基上培养效果好；最适生根培养基为Q（1／2MS＋IBA1.0mg/L IAA1.0mg/L）。

| Abstract: | The asepsis seedling will be easy got when the seed of jojoba are planted in culture medium.The cotyledon and tip bud and lateral bud of jojoba are hard to regenerate,and using the branch segment of asepsis seedling,being cultivated on the F(MS+ZT 1 5 mg/L+IBA 0 2 mg/L) or ZT 2(MS+ZT 2 0 mg/L+NAA 0 05 mg/L)culture medium which contents ZT and BA,the stem culture result is very well.The best culture medium for rooting culture is Q(1/2MS+IBA 1 0 mg/L+IAA 1 0 mg/L) |
