玉米自交系几个性状的遗传参数研究

摘    要:玉米株高、穗长与产量分别是极显著和显著正相关,在组配杂交组合时,两者应列为重点考虑性状。7912、HZ47和ES40具有较高的产量配合力效应,用它们测配,易筛选出高产组合。7912、HZ47、330、材11-8、200B、ES40和537株高配合力效应值较大.其组合后代比较高大。莫材-1、7912、材11-8、ES40和0151-2易抬高穗位,而5003、30-221、32和3H-2却有降低茎秆和穗位的作用、莫材-1、7912、村11-8、ES40、537和双自212-3的穗长配合力效应值高,易选配出长穗型组合。用莫材-1、48-2、牛2-1、材11-8、200B、ES40和3H-2组配,可获得大粒型组合。

Abstract:The plant height and spike length of maize should be selected emphasis in the heterosis u-tilization of maize for their highly positive correlation with yield. Both 7912, Hz47 and Es40 have a stronggeneral combining ability in yield, and the high - yield crosses can be and easily for their cross - offspring. 7912, Hz47, 33O, Chail 1 - 8, 2(X)B, Eam and S37 have a strong general combining ability in plantheight, and their cross - offspring will be higher and stronger. Mochai - 1, 79l2, chail 1 - 8, ed40 and0151 - 2 may heighten the ear position of their offspring. But 5003, 30 - 221, 32 and 3H - 2 have an effect on reducing plant height and ear position. According to the general combining ability analysis, the longear crosses may be selected from' Mochai - 1, 7912, Chail 1 - 8, Es40, S37 and shumpi2l2 - 3 s offspring and hig grain crosses may he gnt from Mochai - 1,48 - 2, Niu2 - 1, Chail 1 - 8, 200B, Eam and3H - 2's progenies.
