摘    要:建立癸氧喹酯预混剂的含量测定的方法。采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(85:15:1)为流动相,检测波长为265nm。理论板数按癸氧喹酯峰计算不低于1500。经试验,癸氧喹酯在10~250μg/mL范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程Y=54.535X+10.231,r=1.000(n=5),平均回收率为100.4%、100.3%、100.6%(n=3)。本方法具有操作简便、快速、准确可靠等特点,适用于该药品生产的质量控制。

Abstract:A method for the determination of decoquinate premix was established. HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol -water -glacial acetic acid( 85 : 15 : 1 ). The UV detection wavelength was 265 nm. The number of theoretical plates according to the decoquinate peak is not less than 1 500. The standard curve was linear over the range of 10 - 250 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient of r = 1. 000 ( n = 5 ), the regression equation is Y = 54. 535X + 10. 231. The average recovery was 100.4%, 100.3%, 100.6% (n = 3). The method appeared to be sample, quickly and accurate,applicable to the product quality control.
