福建省花卉业的现状、问题与发展对策

福建是花卉发展比较早的省份之一。近年来随着改革开放的不断深入，花卉业也取得了很大的成绩。从１９９０～１９９７年，花卉栽培面积从４０００ｈｍ２增加到５５３６３ｈｍ２，年均递增４７％；花卉产值由１亿元增至４５８５５亿元，年均递增２４％。观赏花卉产值比重由２３％上升到７３８３％，现代花卉由２１７％上升到６０９６％。但在发展的同时也存在许多问题和不足，针对这些问题，提出了一些发展对策，并对发展前景作了展望。

The current situation and prospects of flower in Fujian Province industry

Fujian was one of the provinces in which the flower industry was earlier developed.With the penetration of the economic reform and the open to the world in our country,the flower industry in Fujian got greater achievement.From 1990 to 1997,the area of flower cultivation increased from 4 000 to 536 3hm 2,i.e.,the average annual percentage of growth by 4.7%;the output value also increased from 100 000 000 guan to 458 000 000 yuan,i.e.,the average annual percentage of growth by 24%;the proportion of ornamental flowers rised from 28% to 78.87%,and the modern flowers from 2.17% to 60.96%,In the meantime,there were many problems and shortcomings in the development of flowers in Fujian,So some opinions or proposals were put forward for these problems,and the prospects of flower production were also reviewed in this paper.
