丝虫抗原的分离及在鹿脑脊髓丝虫病诊断中的应用

摘    要:首次报道应用牛腹腔丝虫成虫破碎后 ,经SephadexG 2 0 0柱层析获得CG1 抗原 ,进行酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)免疫诊断鹿脑脊髓丝虫病的新方法。结果证明 ,该种方法特异性强 ( 87 1 % ) ,敏感性高 ( 1∶640 0 )。通过对 380头假定健康鹿ELISA结果与虫检结果对比证明 ,2种诊断方法符合率为 1 0 0 %。ELISA法比虫检法检出率高 3 2 % ,因此 ,可以用ELISA代替虫检诊断鹿脑脊髓丝虫病

Abstract:A new ELISA method for diagnosis of cerebrospinal filariasis with sephadex G 200 separated antigen CG 1 was developed. The results showed that CG 1Ag had high specifity(87.1%) and sensitivity(1∶6400).The positive coincide between ELISA and worm detection were 100%,and the result of ELISA was 3.2% higher than that of worm detection,suggesting that CG 1Ag instead of worm detection could achieve high position rate.
