| 摘 要： | 目的]以芒果苷和浸膏收率为指标,优化川西獐牙菜的提取工艺。方法]采用L16(45)正交法设计实验,考察乙醇浓度、溶媒比、提取时间、提取次数4个因素对指标值的影响。结果]最优提取工艺为75%乙醇15倍量回流提取4次,每次60 min。结论]正交实验法用于优化川西獐牙菜的提取,简便易行,预测性好。

| Abstract: | To optimize the process of extracting mangiferin and extract content from Swertia mussotii Franch,the effect of ethanol concentration,solvent fold,reflux time and extract times was investigated with the four-factor at four-level orthogonal test.Results:the analy sis result indicated the optimum conditions of was 75% ethanol,60 minutes for reflux,15-fold solvent and 4 times for extraction.Conclusion: It was showed that the optimum model was highly predictive. |
