摘    要:盐害是樱桃番茄设施栽培中面临的主要问题之一。该研究以耐盐性差异显著的2个品种"京丹5号"和"小圆枣"为试材,研究了不同浓度的盐胁迫对樱桃番茄幼苗生长发育的影响,以期为樱桃番茄抗盐育种及抗盐栽培提供理论依据。结果表明:204 mmol/L的NaCl浓度可作为樱桃番茄抗盐筛选的合适浓度;在204 mmol/L的盐浓度下胁迫15 d后,樱桃番茄幼苗叶片的相对电导率、CAT酶活和POD酶活的变化幅度相差明显,可作为抗性筛选指标。
