| 摘 要： | 研究了不同杀菌剂对滇橄榄贮藏期炭疽病的抑制效果。结果表明:10%世高水分散粒剂的抑菌效果最佳,其毒力回归方程为y=0.8350x+4.3815,EC50为5.5mg/L,EC90也仅为187mg/L;该药(5.5mg/L)处理橄榄果实后储藏42d时,其腐烂指数仅为1.35%,明显高于对照(腐烂指数为9.06%),具有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | The inhibiting effect of different fungicide to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of Phyllanthus emblica during storage period were determined.The result indicated that 10% Shigao WDG that toxicity regression equation was 'y=0.835 0x+4.381 5' had a better control effect and gave EC50 of 5.5 mg/L and EC90 of 187 mg/L respectively.After the 42 day of storage with 5.5 mg/L Shigao,the decay indexes were only 1.35%,and the treatment of Shigao had certain value in practice,because it was better than the contrast whi... |
