| 摘 要： | 陕西省循环农业的发展正处于起步阶段,通过循环经济的"3R"原则,构建了陕西省循环农业发展的评价指标体系,利用主成分分析方法得到1996～2008年循环农业发展的综合得分,并进行了综合评价,发现了陕西循环农业发展遇到的问题,并提出了相关建议。
