摘    要:通过在染有根结线虫的设施蔬菜大棚内撒施石灰氮,研究了其对芹菜生长的影响。结果表明:施加石灰氮后增加了芹菜叶片的叶绿素含量和光合作用强度,使芹菜叶片的维生素C含量提高了33.1%,对芹菜茎维生素C含量有一定提高,茎中单糖含量提高了12.2%。施用石灰氮后芹菜根长增加了28.2%,根重占总重的百分率由14.27%下降到4.40%,根系活跃吸收面积占总吸收面积的百分比增加了78.3%,根系活力增加了1.04倍。根结线虫发病率由54.88%下降到33.37%,差异达到了显著水平。芹菜茎、叶吸收N、P、K含量都有所提高,其中叶片的P含量和茎的N、P含量差异达到了显著水平,芹菜产量也提高了22.7%。

Abstract:By applying calcium cyanamid to vegetable greenhouse that infected by root-knot nematode,then celery growth was studied.The results showed that after application of calcium cyanamid,the celery leaf chlorophyll content increased,and photosynthesis intensity also improved.The vitamin C content in celery leaf increased by 33.1%,the difference reached a significant level,that in stalks had some increase.It make single sugar content in stem increased by 12.2%.After the application of calcium cyanamid,celery root...
