| 摘 要： | 采用氨基酸自动分析仪、原子吸收仪、紫外可见分光光度计等分析仪器,依据国家标准分析方法,测定贺兰山紫蘑菇中的营养物质含量.结果表明:贺兰山紫蘑菇含有丰富的粗纤维、总糖、蛋白质、多种矿质元素以及17种游离氨基酸,是一种营养丰富的纯天然营养保健品,具有很高的开发利用价值.

| Abstract: | Using amino acid automatic analytical instrument,atomic absorption spectroscopy and UV-spectrophotometer etc to determine the nutritional components in Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus,which including water,carbohydrate,crude fiber,crude fat,crude protein,amino acid and mineral element.The results showed that Cortinarius rufo-olivaceus had high content on crude fiber,carbohydrate,crude protein,mineral element and 17 amino acids.It has rich source of nutrients and high value of explore and use. |
