| 摘 要： | 以“青绿一号”、“青梗一号”、“夏抗F1”油菜为试材,采用水培法研究不同浓度重Cr6对油菜种子的萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:当Cr6+＞4.0 mg/L时,3个油菜品种的的发芽势、发芽率、根长、苗高以及发芽指数和活性指数均受到抑制,受Cr6+抑制作用的强弱顺序为“青绿一号”＞“青梗一号”＞“夏抗F1”.

| Abstract: | 'Qinglv No.1','Qinggeng No.1'and'Xiakang F1' rape were used as test material,the effects of different concentrations Cr6+on seed germination and seedling growth of rape were studied by the method of water planting.The results indicated that when the concentration of the Cr6+ was higher than 4.0 mg/L,germinating potential,germination percentage,root length,height of seedling,germination index and activity index of the three dispose were restrained,the intensity of inhibitory was 'Qinglv No.1'>'Qinggeng No.1'... |
