摘    要:通过田间试验,研究了安丘生姜不同生长期的干物质累积规律和养分吸收规律,同时设置不同氮钾素水平,研究生姜高产的优化施肥技术.结果表明:生姜的干物质累积规律表现出典型的“S”型曲线,各阶段干物质积累量占全生育期的百分率分别为,出苗期1.28%、苗期26.36%、旺盛生长期65.19%、转色期5.65%,生姜干物质积累主要集中于旺盛生长期.生姜对钾素的需求量最多,其次是氮素,对磷素的需求最少;地上部茎叶的氮磷钾需求比例为2.2∶1∶5,地下部块姜的氮磷钾需求比例为2∶1∶2;每生产1 000 kg姜需要从土壤中带走N6.1 kg、P 2.36 kg、K9.4 kg.生姜的产量与氮钾肥的用量在一定范围内呈显著的正相关,只有适宜的氮钾配比和用量才可以增加生姜的产量并且降低对环境的污染,生姜获得高产的适宜氮钾肥用量为氮肥600~750 kg/hm2,钾肥750 kg/hm2.
