摘    要:以地被植物二月兰为试材,采用人工控水方法(以植物水分梯度划分方法,分对照(CK)土壤含水量为田间持水量的75%~80%;轻度胁迫(T1)55%~60%;中度胁迫(T2)40%~45%;重度胁迫(T3)30%~35%共4个处理水平),研究了土壤水分胁迫对二月兰生理生化特性(包括叶绿素、可溶性糖、丙二醛)的影响.结果表明:二月兰可以忍耐轻度水分胁迫和忍受短期中度及重度水分胁迫.

Abstract:Orychophragmus violaceus was used as test material,using 4 level treatment of the(CK)75%~80% percentage of maximum water hold capacity of the soil;the slight stress(T1)55%~60%;moderate stress(T2)40%~45% and the severe stress(T3)30%~35% under manual controlling soil water environments,some mainly physiological and biological indices including chlorophyll changes,osmotic adjustment were measured in different drought stress of Orychophragmus violaceus.The results showed that Orychophragmus violaceus could resi...
