| 摘 要： | 为增加油松无性系种子园母树雌雄花数量,对油松母树进行了喷施赤霉素GA4+7(Gibberellin GA4+7)、6-苄基氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、矮壮素(CCC)试验,研究不同激素处理对油松无性系种子开花的影响。结果表明:适宜的激素处理,对增加油松母树雌雄花数量有显著作用,无性系间差异显著。激素处理不同时间对雌球花促进作用有显著差异,以6月份效果最好。激素对雌球花量促进作用以GA4+7效果最好,其次为6-BA和CCC。对雄球花促进作用效果为GA4+7最好,其次为CCC和6-BA,并且GA4+7对雌雄球花的促进作用与其它2种激素有着显著差异。不同激素浓度对促进雌雄球花量差异显著,促进雌球花效果最适浓度为500mg/L,促进雄球花量浓度以1 000mg/L效果最好。
