摘    要:以硬果肉番茄新品种"冀东5号"为试材,以"金棚一号"和"合作918"为对照品种,对番茄果实的商品品质、营养品质、贮藏品质、商品率及经济效益进行分析。结果表明:"冀东5号"比对照品种"金棚一号"和"合作918"早熟,果实成熟时无青肩,果色为红色,果实形状为扁圆形,平均单果重70 g左右,果形比较整齐、一致,营养品质优良;维生素C、可溶性固形物含量均高于对照品种"金棚一号"和"合作918",且维生素C含量极显著高于对照品种"金棚一号"和"合作918",商品果率高于对照品种;果实硬度极显著高于对照品种,耐贮运。在该试验中硬果肉番茄新品种"冀东5号"长势好,坐果率高,果实可以作为鲜食水果,大小适中,果肉细腻,适合大众的口味,突出特点是果肉较硬,不易变形,可延长货架期,适合保护地春季栽培的番茄新品种。

Abstract:Used'Jidong No.5'as experimental variety and 'Jinpeng No.1'and 'Hezuo 918'as control variety,the fruit commercial quality,nutrition quality,stored quality,marketed proportion and economic efficiency of the hard-pulp new tomato variety was analyzed.The results showed that 'Jidong No.5' was more precocious than the control variety 'Jinpeng No.1'and 'Hezuo 918';'Jidong No.5' fruit had not green shoulder when mature,red,oblate,average heavy was about 70 g,fruit shape was relatively regular ahd identical,the nut...
