套袋红富士苹果成熟期果实品质的影响

摘    要:以红富士中的‘长富2号'和‘礼泉短富;为试材,研究2个品种的果买在成熟期的品质指标的变化规律,以确定较适宜的采收期,从而达到提高果实品质的目的.结果表明:去袋后随时间的推移,果实的外观品质和内在品质都发生了较为明显的变化.通过对‘礼泉短富’和‘长富2号’苹果各指标的测定比较得出,去袋后单果重不断增大,果实着色迅速,最后全红,光洁指数、果实硬度和可滴定酸含量逐渐降低,果实中可溶性固形物含量和固/酸比持续增加.综合认为,‘礼泉短富’适宜的采收期为去袋后25~35 d(10月20~30日);‘长富2号’为去袋后30~35 d(10月25~30日).

Abstract:Taking ‘Changfu 2’ and ‘Liquan Duanfu’ as materials,this paper studied the two species of fruit’s variation rules of quality indexes at maturity,to determine the more appropriate collection period,so as to achieve the purpose of improving fruit value.Results indicated that fruit appearance quality and internal quality had happened more apparent change in debaged at maturity.Compared the determinated indexes of ‘Changfu 2’ to ‘Liquan Duanfu’,the weight of single fruit increased continuously,the fruit colored rapidly and all red finally,brightness and cleanness index,flesh firmness and titratable acid decreased gradually,soluble solids and solublesolid/titratable acid in fruit increased gradually.As a result,the sound harvest time in ‘Liquan Duanfu’ was the time from 25 days to 30 days after debagging(from October 20th to 30th)and in ‘Changfu2’ was the time from 30 days to 35 days after debagging(from October 25th to 30 th).
