小丑火棘的组织培养与快速繁殖初探

摘    要:以小丑火棘的幼嫩茎段以及顶芽为外植体,通过改变植物生长调节物质的质量浓度及配比进行无菌苗的诱导、茎段增殖快繁试验,旨在建立小丑火棘的组培快繁体系,为其工厂化生产奠定基础。结果表明:小丑火棘理想的无菌苗诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,诱导率达94%,且植株强健;最佳的继代增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,增殖系数高达12。
