| 摘 要： | 为探索农业避洪减灾对策,对安徽沿淮地区水热季节变化、梅汛期强降水规律和非汛期热量特征进行分析,并针对沿淮农业的实际情况探讨作物避洪种植的技术模式,研究结果可为沿淮作物避洪种植提供理论依据和技术模式。 |

| Abstract: | To explore agriculture countermeasures of reducing flood disaster,the paper analyzed seasonal change of moisture and heat resources,precipitation period rule and heat characteristics in non flood season in the area along the Huaihe River in Anhui Province,and explored the crops planting technology mode with decrease flood.The research results could provide theoretical basis and technical model for the crops planting with decrease flood in the area along the Huaihe River. |
