猕猴桃雄花特性与授粉果实性状相关性研究

摘    要:为明确猕猴桃雄花特性与授粉果实性状间的相关关系,于2018年,选择“徐香”猕猴桃为母本,用10个不同猕猴桃雄株的花粉分别为其授粉,调查不同雄花的特性及杂交果实的性状。结果表明,不同花粉授粉后,果实各性状差异明显。果实坐果率最高为56.67%、最低为3.33%,单果质量最大为68.53 g、最小为32.07 g,Vc含量最高为2.14 mg·L-1、最低为1.10 mg·L-1,固酸比最高为68.63、最低为25.55;雄花特性与果实各性状间存在显著的相关性。研究表明,猕猴桃存在明显的花粉直感效应,选择合适的授粉雄株可以显著改善当代果实的性状指标。

Abstract:This study was conducted in 2018 to determine the correlation between the characteristics of male flower and the pollinated fruits of kiwifruit. Selecting "Xuxiang" as the female parent, pollen from 10 male plants of kiwifruit was used for pollination. The characteristics of different male flowers and hybrid fruit traits were investigated, and the results showed significant differences among pollination combinations in fruit characters. The highest and the lowest fruit setting rate was 56.67%, 3.33%, respectively. The maximum and the minimum fruit weight was 68.53, 32.07 g, respectively. The maximum Vc content was 2.14 mg·g-1, with a minimum of 1.10 mg·g-1. The highest and the lowest solid-acid ratio was 68.63, 25.55, respectively. There were significant correlations between male flower and fruit traits. Our results indicated an obvious xenia effect in kiwifruit. The selection of suitable pollinating male plants will improve fruit properties and is important in kiwifruit industry.
