基于灰色关联评价的我国农村公共物品有效供给研究——以福建省9个地级市农村为例

农村公共物品分类的模糊性、供给主体和方式的多元性,以及农村公共物品需求的复杂性使得多指标的综合评价难以进行。灰色关联度评价作为一种有效的综合评价方法,可以客观、全面地考察农村公共物品评价的各项指标对农村公共物品有效供给的影响程度,从中找出影响其有效供给的主要因素。以福建省9个地级市农村公共物品供给为例,通过灰色关联评价模型进行实证分析,从而为有效供给农村公共物品提供依据和对策。

Study on the Effective Supply of Rural Public Goods in China Based on Grey Correlation Evaluation Method

The classification fuzziness,the diversity of the supply main body and mode of rural public goods and the demand complexity of rural public goods make the comprehensive evaluation of multiple indices more difficult.As a kind of effective comprehensive evaluation method,grey correlation evaluation could be used to investigate the influencing degree of each index of rural public goods evaluation on the effective supply of rural public goods objectively and completely.The main factors that affected the effective supply were found out.Taking the effective supply of rural public goods in 9 cities of Fujian Province as an example,grey correlation evaluation model was used to make an empirical analysis,so as to provide the basis and countermeasures for the effective supply of rural public goods.
