原生质体融合提高非致病性尖镰孢FO47的生防效果

摘    要:利用原生质体融合技术将非致病性尖镰孢FO47和生防放线菌SC11进行融合,通过抗药性试验和温室盆栽试验对融合菌株进行筛选,得到了3株生物防治效果有一定提高的融合菌株,其中菌株FC-10对西瓜枯萎病的防治能力较FO47提高了36.7%,菌株FC-4则在促进西瓜的生长发育方面比FO47有明显提高,另外菌株FC-3表现出了对多菌灵较高的抗药性.

Abstract:The protoplast fusion between Fusarium oxysporum FO47 and biocontrol actinomycetes strain SC11 was studied and three recombinant strains were isolated based on some experiments.The recombinant strain FC-10 had obvious prevent ability (> 36.7%) on the Fusarium wilt.The recombinant strain FC-4 can promote the growth of watermelon significantly.In addition,the recom binant strain FC-3 had obvious resistance to Carbendazim.
