祁连山区3种药用植物抗旱生理研究

摘    要:以祁连山区3种药用植物狭叶柴胡、麻花秦艽、细叶沙参为研究试材,采用PEG-6000高渗溶液模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究其抗旱生理特性。在相同处理条件下,分别测定了3种药用植物的脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性等3个生理指标。结果表明:狭叶柴胡脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性均高于麻花秦艽和细叶沙参。由此可见,狭叶柴胡的抗旱能力高于麻花秦艽和细叶沙参。

Abstract:In this study,three kinds of medicinal plants including Bupleurum scorzonerifolium,Gentiana straminea and Adenophora paniculata in Qilian Mountains were taken as test materials and adopting the method of simulated drought stress with PEG-6000 hypertonic solution to study the physiological characteristics of drought.In the same treatment conditions,three the pralines content of medicinal plants,SOD activity and POD activity were determined.The results showed: Bupleurum scorzonerifolium pralines content,SOD activity,POD activity was higher than Gentiana straminea,Adenophora paniculata.Therefore,the drought-resistant ability of Bupleurum scorzonerifolium was higher than Gentiana straminea and Adenophora paniculata.
