花粉管导入的研究进展

摘    要:花粉管通道法是一种建立在不依赖于植物细胞和组织培养的转化方法。在植物遗传转化和作物育种上有重要的应用价值。就其理论与方法,优点与缺点以及近年来在育种中的应用4个方面进行了简要的概述。花粉管通道法是由中国生物学家周光宇先生创立的,其分子机制目前尚不十分明确,该法具有方法简便,育种时间短,不受基因型控制的诸多优点。近年来在植物育种中应用十分广泛,具有不可估量的应用前景。
