| 摘 要： | 以指示植物GF305和田间果树为试材,建立并优化了特异性强、灵敏度高、成本低的李属坏死环斑病毒(PNRSV)RT-PCR检测体系,使用该优化体系对樱桃树、桃树和杏树中携带PNRSV的情况进行了调查。结果表明,被检材料的李属坏死环斑病毒(PNRSV)感染率均较高,但程度不同。

| Abstract: | The virus indicator plants GF305 was chosen as experimental material to establish the RT-PCR detection system for PNRSV.After the total RNA was extracted,the PNRSV was deteced by RT-PCR.The amplification of 449bp cDNA sequence from PNRSV-infected plant demonstrated that the detection result is reliable. |
