高校毕业生就业协议书相关法律问题探析

高校毕业生就业协议书是毕业生就业过程中与用人单位签订的重要协议。在市场经济条件下,因高校在就业工作中的功能发生转变,高校在就业协议书中的法律地位也应从就业协议书的当事人转变为监督鉴证机构。从就业协议书的概念、基本内容及功能入手,针对目前高校毕业生就业协议书存在的问题,提出完善就业协议书的相关对策,以此实现顺利解决纠纷和保障高校毕业生合法权益的目的。

On the legal problems concerning with the employment agreement of college graduates

Employment agreement of college graduates is an important agreement which graduates sign with the employers when finding jobs.In market economy,as its changing functions in employment,the legal status of colleges in employment agreement of college graduates should also be changed from the contracting party to the supervisory and certifying organs.In this paper,based on the concept,content and function of employment agreement,in view of the current problems,the countermeasures to perfert the employment agreement are proposed,so as to achieve the goal of solving disputes smoothly and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of college graduates by correct application of laws.
