福建省水产品出口竞争力分析

摘    要:结合福建省水产品生产与出口现状,运用资源禀赋系数分析其在水产品生产上的比较优势,采用国际市场占有率、贸易竞争指数和显示性比较优势指数对福建省水产品出口竞争力进行研究,指出质量安全、水产品深加工力度不足、技术性贸易壁垒、贴牌出口、原料和用工等是影响福建省水产品出口的主要问题,提出加强水产品质量安全管理、加大精深加工产品的研发、实施品牌战略等提升福建省水产品出口竞争力的措施。

Abstract:Based on the current production and export conditions of Fujian aquatic products,EF is used to describe the comparative advantages in Fujian aquatic production.The export competitiveness of Fujian aquatic products is analyzed by using the indices of international market share,trade competitiveness and revealed comparative advantage and the key factors negatively affecting the export competitiveness of Fujian aquatic products,including quality and safety issues,insufficient processing,technical barriers to trade,OEM,and raw material issues are discussed.Accordingly the measures to improve the export competitiveness of Fujian aquatic products,such as the enhancement of quality and safety management,the increase of RD investment on product processing,and the implementation of brand-name strategy are proposed.
