| 摘 要： | 目前鸡输卵管生物反应器的研究集中在以卵清蛋白调控区来调控外源基因的表达。鸡输卵管生物反应器的研究以输卵管细胞的培养为起点 ,再研究外源基因在输卵管内定位表达的可能性 ,最后制作转外源基因能稳定遗传的转基因鸡。本文对鸡输卵管生物反应器研究作一综述 ,提出了存在的问题并作以展望。 |

| Abstract: | At present, the research of chicken oviduct bioreactor focus on the expression of exogenous gene regulated by the ovalbumin 5′-flanking regulatory region. Its research process is alike with mammal gland bioreactor. At first, the oviduct cells were cultured. Then the exogenous gene expression possibility in oviduct was testified. At last, the transgenic chicken carrying exogenous gene was gained. The paper summarized the research of chicken oviduct bioreactor, raised question and look ahead of it. |
