棉属种间杂种的同工酶研究

摘    要:对人工合成的 [AG]复合染色体组的异源四倍体即亚比棉与 [AD]复合染色体组的陆地棉、海岛棉、黄褐棉、夏威夷棉的种间杂种F1的植物学形态特征和农艺性状鉴定表明 ,亚比棉的小叶、多毛及种子低酚、植株高酚等特异性状转育到了 [AD]复合染色体组的棉株上。利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对上述种间杂种F1及其亲本进行了过氧化物酶同工酶和细胞色素氧化酶同工酶分析。结果表明 ,亚比棉的基因转移给了杂种后代 ,并得以表达。

Abstract:The interspecies hybrids were derived from [( Gossypium arboreum×G. bickii)×G. hirsutum ], [ (G. arboreum×G. bickii )× G. barbadense ], [ (G. arboreum×G. bickii) ×( G. hirsutum×G. mustelium )], [ G. arboreum×G. bickii )×( G. hirsutum×G. tomentosum )] with synthesized [AG] and [AD] complex set. The identification of morphological and agronomic characters of the hybrids demonstrated that some characteristics of [AG] complex chromosome set were transferred into the hybrids, such as small leaves, pilosity, glandless-seeds, and glanded-plant. Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The peroxidase and cytochrome oxidase isozymes of the hybrids and their parents were analyzed. The results showed that the genes of [AG] complex chromosome set were inherited to the hybrids and expressed in the hybrids.
